Natural teeth cleaning home methods involve using all-natural products to perform the job of daily dental care. Optimum dental health involves brushing three times a day after meals and flossing every day. Dental health also includes eating a healthy diet to avoid the buildup of acids and plaque that cause tooth decay. Natural remedies for cleaning teeth are used to avoid the many chemicals used in commercial tooth cleaning products.

10 Methods For Teeth Cleaning

1. Lemon Juice mixed with a bit of table salt. In a small cup, mix the cupful of lemon juice with two to three very small spoonfuls of salt. Dip your toothbrush in and gently rub. Rinse mouth with water.Do this once every second day for up to 5 times.

2. Rub a strawberry on your front teeth before brushing your teeth with regular or whitening toothpaste.

3. Mix fresh baking soda with some cold water and gently rub teeth with the mixture. Use the flat part of your finger or a soft bristle toothbrush dipped into the baking soda to apply the baking soda to your front teeth.

4. Dip a soft toothbrush in vinegar and brush gently.Rince mouth with water after.

5. Make a paste of vinegar with baking soda. Mix vinegar with baking soda and apply the paste to your front teeth with your finger, rubbing gently.

6. Some people try brushing or even rinsing their teeth with hydrogen peroxide. This may whiten your teeth, but the peroxide can damage your gums and the lining of your mouth.

7. Take a clean cloth soaked in warm water and a capful of mouthwash. Wring out the cloth and then wipe down the surface of your teeth to help remove any debris you might have on them.

8. Chewing sugar free gum is important for teeth cleaning. As you chew the gum you will be removing bacteria and plaque accumulation on your teeth.

9. Good and thorough rinse with some mouth wash immediately after eating. Use mouthwash that does not contain alcohol.

10. Salt (or sodium chloride) is also able to bleach your teeth. It is slightly anti bacterial but not as much as baking soda. Put some salt in water, as much as you can stand, and swish it around your teeth. Afterward brush with normal toothpaste and rinse with mouthwash.

Electric toothbrushes are superior to ordinary toothbrushes in every aspect. Electric toothbrushes move the bristles at a much faster rate than the human hand can possibly move therefore permit you to work smarter and not harder. With the bristles moving much faster the toothbrush is more aptly able to remove plaque and even brush in between teeth. People with arthritis have a better advantage with an electric toothbrush because now they do not have to work so hard. Dentist strongly supports the use of electric toothbrushes for improved overall oral health.

Benefits of Electric Toothbrush

Electric toothbrush prevents tooth and gum diseases such as cavities and gingivitis both which are costly and not to mention a real nuisance to treat. With high speed cleaning and complex designs, electric toothbrushes are capable of conquering areas that are normally hard to reach as behind the molars and near the gum line.

Electric toothbrushes are also great for people who face quickness problems or other illnesses which affect motor skills such as arthritis and rheumatism. The best electric toothbrush on the market right is really simple to use. With a push of a button, your teeth can be cleaned in one of most efficient ways.

The electric toothbrush cleans away more plaque in two minutes compared to manual brushing in 6 minutes. Extended studies of 6 months or longer also found electric toothbrushes to be superior to manual toothbrushes. Clinical reports such as the ones mentioned usually base their evaluations on the amount of plaque removed in conjunction with the treatment of gum inflammatory conditions including gingivitis.

Some people are too used to the old mode of cleaning and may not switch to an electric toothbrush. However, it is undeniable that most individuals fare better on electric toothbrushes. Electric toothbrushes allow them to clear more plaque in a shorter span of time which is especially beneficial for people who find brushing a chore. With manual toothbrushes, you will have to throw out the entire toothbrush once its lifespan is up.

Electric toothbrushes produce less plastic waste and are becoming more affordable these days, electric toothbrushes are catching on as a popular life enhancing device for everyone.

Tongue Cleaning With Toothbrush

The surface of the tongue is one of the main breeding grounds for bacteria that attack teeth and gums. The front part of your tongue is usually self-cleansing. But the back of your tongue can also be difficult to clean and must be cleaned to get rid of bacterias and bad breath.

To brush your tongue, simply apply light pressure with a clean toothbrush to the whole surface of the tongue. The substance you are trying to remove is most concentrated at the back of the tongue, so you may experience a silence reflex at first until you get used to incorporating this practice into your toilette.

To scrape your tongue with dental floss, take a good length of floss and enfold each end around your middle fingers. Apply downward pressure with your index fingers, fasten out your tongue and drag the floss from the back of the tongue to the front several times. You might want to keep the water running so that you may rinse off the floss in between scrapings.

Tooth Infection is a deliberate and ongoing process resulting in dental cavities or dental caries. This tooth decay occurs when disease causing bacteria produce an acid which removes the top most layer of the tooth surface the enamel. This infection can go deeper in to the pulp chamber and results in tooth loss or it may even cause infections to wisdom tooth. Tooth infection can be easily disallowed by brushing the teeth properly and flossing regularly and by consulting a dentist by avoiding taking foods that are very high in sugar.

Causes of Tooth Infection

Tooth infection can cause the bacteria in the mouth to enter the blood circulation, in to the blood stream to infect the heart valve, causing bacterial endocarditic, and it mostly occurs in people who had rheumatic heart disease, when they were young. This condition affects and weakens the heart valves, making them susceptible to infection. And those who have artificial heart valves or pacemakers are even more prone to infection originating from tooth decay or infection in the mouth.

A tooth infection usually starts from a normal tooth decay or cavity. These bacteria that have entered the pulp chamber cause destruction of blood vessels and nerve tissue within the pulp. This mixture of living bacteria and rotten tissue, leaks out of the end of the tooth. The dead tissue irritates the surrounding alveolar bone and the supporting structures, making the tooth mobile.

Tooth decay is caused by bacteria when it comes in contact with food particles on the tooth surface. Plaque a transparent layer formed on the tooth few hours after brushing, contains disease causing bacteria which feeds on the food you eat with high sugar content which in turn creates acid that destroy the teeth. Few minutes after eating this acid will start attacking the teeth and over a period of time acid will completely destroy the tooth enamel resulting in tooth decay.

Prevention of Tooth Infection

To prevent continued infection, the area is then sealed. Sometimes Surgery is needed to remove the infected material from the bony tissue around the root. Sometimes the root canal therapy is not successful in that case the tooth usually has to be extracted. Antibiotics and analgesics can help only for temporarily relief .It is not possible that tooth infection can be permanently treated without root canal therapy or the removal of the tooth.

Benefits Of Fish Oil

Gum disease or periodontitis is a condition that increases inflammation and risk of chronic disease and it cannot always be prevented with dental hygiene measures alone. Fish oil is a naturally occurring omega-3 fatty acid found in fish and other seafood. Cold

water fish such as salmon are rich in omega-3 which is an essential fatty acid that has many health benefits. Information today indicates that fatty acids offer dental health benefits.
Fish oil is a dietary source of omega-3 fatty acids. Fish oil supplements are available in liquid or capsule form. Fish oil’s anti-inflammatory properties may be helpful in managing periodontal gum disease. Periodontal disease is an infection of the tissues and bone that support the teeth. Untreated gum disease can become very serious causing teeth to become loose or fall out.

The American Academy of Periodontology links gum disease to inflammation a condition that can lead to other chronic illnesses, like heart disease and diabetes. Reducing systemic inflammation may prevent both periodontal problems and more serious chronic diseases. Inflammation destroys gum tissue and forms pockets between teeth and gums, permit infection to extend to the bone.

6 Easy Ways To Break Your Teeth

1. The first way to break teeth is during sports or athletic activities. Sports such as football, basketball, boxing and hockey are the most common sports that result in broken teeth. This protection comes in the form of a mouth guard that is form fitted to the individual’s mouth. The best way to avoid broken teeth while playing sports is to wear proper protective gear and pay attention to your surroundings.

2. The second way that teeth can be broken is by punches to the face, mouth, and jaw as well. Whether accidental or intended, fists can easily break teeth. The best way to avoid being hit in the face is to be aware of your surroundings.

3. The third way teeth can become broken is by biting down on a hard object such as a bone, shell, ice, or any hard item. This generally happens when the person does not realize there is a hard object in the food they are eating and bites down hard while chewing. This can crack, chip, or break a tooth easily. To avoid this, always inspect the food you are eating, and chew carefully.

4. The fourth way teeth can become broken is by using them as tools. Biting, twisting, ripping, and pulling at objects with your teeth is a good way to damage them. While your teeth may make for a handy tool that is always at hand, they can be damaged and they are not as easy to replace as a pair of scissors or pliers are. So do yourself a favor and use the right tool for the job and save your teeth for chewing.

5. The fifth way to break your teeth is to have them be weakened from within and thus lose strength. This can be caused by decay or damage from below from problems such as wisdom tooth or misaligned teeth.

6. People don’t brush their teeth after every meal. Brush your teeth three times a day: after breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Anyone who wants to prevent cavities, decrease tooth sensitivity, or slow the growth of bacteria. If your water doesn’t already have enough naturally taking place fluoride, it is most likely added. The people who drink water without fluoride should consider using a fluoride mouthwash or prescription paste or gel.

Many governmental health agencies recommend that both children and adults receive some level of fluoride. Children need fluoride to protect their permanent teeth as they are shaping. Adults need fluoride so that they can continue to protect teeth against tooth decay. Several groups of people could benefit especially from fluoride treatments because they have a higher risk of tooth decay. This includes people who have:
· A history of cavities or tooth decay
· Rejection or slight access to dentists
· Poor dental cleanliness
· Diet with high quantity of sugars or carbohydrates
· Braces, crowns, bridges, and other teeth restoration procedures
· A lack of saliva

Why is Fluoride Doubtful?

Scientific research has hold up the benefits of fluoride treatment in preventing tooth decay, many people question its safety and effectiveness. Several interest groups refer to recent increases in dental problems. They consider fluoride treatments pointless and less useful and dangerous.

Is Fluoride Safe?

Fluoride is a safe and effective instrument to avoid tooth decay. Fluoride is safe for most people when addicted in amounts added to public water provisions and used in toothpastes, mouthwashes, and other dental goods. Low amount of supplemental fluoride appears to be safe for most people. High doses are dangerous and can weaken bones and cause muscle weakness and nervous system problems. High doses of fluoride in children before their permanent teeth come through the gums can cause yellow tooth.

Veneer is a thin wafer like ceramic material that is custom made to be bonded onto a discolored, chipped, worn or mildly aligned tooth. It gives excellent esthetic properties because of its translucency that mimics actual enamel of a tooth. Dental veneer will require a significant amount of enamel to be removed from your existing teeth. Sometimes, they are used for people who have large gaps between the teeth, in order to conceal them.

Types of Veneer

1. Porcelain Veneers

Most people choose to get porcelain veneers when it comes time to improve their smile. With this type of dental veneer, your cosmetic dentist will need to take an impression of your existing teeth. This impression will be sent out to a lab where your set of veneers will be crafted. Basically, these types of veneers are extra thin, and they are like slips that look likes the tooth and they are protected to the teeth with the help of a professional gel which is light activated. Porcelain veneers are used to improve the aesthetics of the teeth, and in order to protect an already damaged tooth surface. Porcelain veneers only improve the appearance of the discolored, tinted, yellowish hued teeth but they will not strengthen your teeth. Their role is purely aesthetic.

2. Composite Veneers

Composite Veneers are the cheaper substitute to porcelain veneers. Dissimilar porcelain veneers composite veneers do not require a feeling to be sent to a lab. Fairly the veneers are created on the spot by your cosmetic dentist. Your dentist will begin the application by scratching up the surface of your existing teeth. This will help the veneers to bond to your teeth.

3. The Resin Veneers

Resin veneers are made out of a material that resembles clay in its structure, and then they are bonded to your teeth. One of the first disadvantages of resin veneers are that they will stain much faster than the porcelain ones. In order to be able to apply them to your teeth, your dentist will have to partly remove the natural enamel of your tooth where the veneer is applied. Dentists worldwide agree that resin veneers are not fashionable anymore but they are also not practical at all. Indeed, they cost much cheaper than porcelain, and they can be applied much faster; but these are the only two advantages. Resin veneers are basically advisable for people who don’t respond well to laser treatments or bleaching methods. Even though opting for resin veneers might be a more affordable option, they are also less durable. Porcelain veneers also look more natural and lustrous than simple resin.

Fluoride compounds are therefore added to some toothpaste and dentists may also give every year fluoride treatment. Fluoride is a natural mineral that strengthens tooth enamel and makes it more resistant to decay. While all people need fluoride, the need is especially important for young children. Healthier and stronger teeth are the result of the absorption of fluoride and developing enamel as new teeth are being formed.

Many infants are fully or partially breast fed during the early months of life; however, the percentage of such infants decreases to about 30 percent by 4 months of age. Parents should pay attention to the amount of fluoride their child receives. Too much fluoride can cause tooth discoloration, and too little fluoride can cause teeth to be more susceptible to cavities. Bottled waters need to be on the list of items that parents must check before giving to their child. Some bottled waters have little or no fluoride at all.

Just as everyone is entitled to good dental care at home and professionally, so are babies. Early care for a baby’s teeth would usually mean that the child’s first teeth would develop well. This is necessary since the permanent teeth will grow where the primary teeth are. When a baby tooth is lost too early, the space it vacates might be occupied by the other teeth, and new teeth would grow crookedly.

Internal or topical fluoride can be used for children to obtain the benefits of the mineral. The internal way is by drinking water with fluoride and also eating foods that contain fluoride. Anti cavity protection is a benefit children can get from the application of topical fluoride at home or by the dentist.

Infants require the same kind of dental health care that the average person gets. The earlier that care is given to a child, the sooner you can make sure that his teeth would grow and develop well.

Sugar is used to sweeten the items we eat or drink. While this is good in moderation, an excess of sugar can have some dangerous side effects. Sugar plays a harmful role in tooth decay. The bacteria that form together to become plaque use sugar as a form of energy. They multiply faster and the plaque grows in size and thickness. Some of the bacteria turn the sugar into a kind of glue that they use to stick themselves to the tooth surface. This makes it harder for the bacteria to get washed away with your saliva.

We all know that sugary junk food isn’t going to do us any favors for our body but eating lots of sugar will also decompose your teeth and lead to tooth decay.

Naturally occurring bacteria in the mouth consume sugar creating acids that attack tooth enamel. This can lead to decay, as well as a host of other problems, including gingivitis. Living in a culture that moves as quickly as ours, it’s easy to avoid a nutritious diet in support of a diet contain of fast food and snacks high in sugar. The harmful effects of this lifestyle are clear. More than 25 percent of children between the ages of 2 and 5 have experienced tooth decay, and almost 80 percent of young people have had a cavity by age 17.

We live in a high-stress society and fast food offers a quick fix. An overabundance of sugar is not only detrimental to oral health, but also the rest of the body’s well-being.

Let us break it down sugar that lives in the mouth gets devoured by bacteria which create acids that break down your tooth enamel. This leads not only to decay but to other problems including gingivitis.

Because we live in such a fast-paced culture, it’s common to neglect a balanced diet in favor of an unhealthy one made up of convenient foods with high-sugar content. It is clear that this type of lifestyle is harmful to not only people’s oral health but to their generally well-being.

Experts say that because we live in such a stressful society, fast food is a quick and easy fix for most people. Staying away from fast food and foods high in sugar is the obvious answer, but there are other things you can do as well. For example, the average 12-ounce can of soda contains 10 teaspoons of sugar; and many manufacturers incorporate sugar into their foods to help ensure a return purchase.

Today, the average person consumes approximately 150 pounds of sugar a year, or about 40 teaspoons a day. It’s not only our culture that defines the amount of sugar we consume, but also a lack of education on how much sugar we consume every day especially when it comes to children and the elderly. Doctor says parents may believe they are doing right by feeding their children processed fruit juice or raisin however products such as these are mostly sugar. Processed foods also can be harmful because of the low-nutrition and high-sugar content. Substituting these products for fresh fruits and vegetables is a better option.

Dry socket is a throbbing dental condition that may occur after removal of a permanent adult tooth. It is also called Alveolar Osteitis. Dry socket occurs when the blood clot at the site of the tooth extraction displaces or dissolves before healing of wound. Exposure of the underlying bone and nerves causes intense tooth ache.

Dry socket is a common complication which can arise due to tooth extractions, for example removal of impacted wisdom teeth. In case of dry socket, pain typically starts after some time of extraction, may be one day or more.

Medications available in drug store normally do not solve the problem effectively. Consultation with dentist or oral surgeon is recommended. He will do the treatment to decrease pain and fasten the healing process.

Causes

There are some factors which increase the chances of getting Dry Socket after tooth extraction:

Smoking and use of tobacco

Poor oral health or hygiene

Use of oral contraceptives

Tooth or gum infection

Previous history of dry socket

Rinsing and spitting frequently

Drinking through straw

You should consult your dentist if excessive saliva persists more than a week, or saliva production is extra ordinary.

Saliva is the watery liquid produced in the mouth. It helps in chewing feed and ease digestion. Major portion of Saliva consists of water. It also has ions, enzymes and salivary proteins. Saliva act as a protective mechanism for teeth.

Excessive amount of saliva in the mouth is a temporary problem and is usually not a matter of anxiety. Approximately 1 to 2 liters of saliva is produced by the salivary glands daily. We continually and unconsciously swallow saliva. Presence of excessive amount of saliva in the mouth means that the salivary glands are producing more saliva than normal routine or you are swallowing less amount of saliva. This condition is known as Sialorrhea. Other names of similar condition are Ptyalism and Hypersalivation.

Causes of Hypersalivation

Mouth or throat infection

Dentures with problematic alignment

Stomatitis (Inflammation of mucous membrane in mouth)

Certain medications also cause excessive saliva production

Pregnancy

Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD)

A Recent Study revealed that incidents of tooth decay in children are on increase for last few years. Frequency of cavities in baby teeth of children of age below 5 years is increasing. Normally people think that baby teeth are to be replaced by adult teeth and no need to take baby teeth seriously. This is a big misconception and cause of worsening the issue.

Research tells that tooth decay in early age, on baby teeth, can have negative implications on the dental health in adult age. It is very important for kids to keep their baby teeth healthy and intact as they hold the space in the mouth for the adult teeth. If a child loses baby teeth before natural time then this space is not developed and ready for adult teeth. This may cause adult teeth to become crowded or overlapped.

Another finding in the research suggests that drinking habits of children are changed. Drinking tap water is reduced drastically. Tap water contains good amount of fluoride, which is useful for teeth. Parents prefer to give their children bottled water, juices or drinks. Sugary juices and soda or cola drinks are not teeth friendly in comparison with tap water. Parents should keep their children away, as much as they can, from sugar rich juices, cola and soda drinks.

Sugar rich and fluid candies are also a recipe to tooth decay. Excessive use of chocolate should also be avoided. Drinking milk or juice in feeder for prolonged time is also harmful. Playing or doing other things while feeder in mouth is a habit that parent should not let to develop.

Excessive use of food with low pH value can cause dental and oral health issues. Low pH foods include, but not limited to, alcohol, cola and soft drinks, fruit juices, fresh fruit, tea, coffee, pickle and yogurt. One of the damages of such food is dental erosion. Dental erosion is the breakdown of tooth structure caused by the effect of acid on the teeth. Dental enamel is the thin, outer layer of hard tissue. This tissue helps in maintaining structure of tooth and shape. It also protects it from decay.

pH is a measure of acidity. Lower pH value indicates that the food is more acidic. Higher pH value means that food is more alkaline. pH value ranges from 1-14. 1 is the most acidic and 14 is the most alkaline, while 7 is neutral.

Sugar feeds the bacteria that produce acids, which in turn causes cavities. Prolonged acidic pH in mouth is responsible for facilitating cavity-causing bacteria. To avoid any dental or oral issue, you need to minimize lowering of the pH. This can be done either by avoiding acidic and sugary food/drink and/or by using alkaline and neutralizing dental products. If you can keep the pH of the mouth neutral between meals, you can maintain health. If the caries infection is already there, you can use alkaline pH products to promote the re-growth of healthy bacteria.

What to do?

Decrease or avoid sugar/carbohydrate containing food in your diet. Also reduce or avoid non-sugar containing acidic beverages (diet soda, coffee, tea, alcohol). These foods can cause long-lasting acidic pH in the mouth, so healthy bacteria are killed and cavity-causing bacteria flourish.

Check the acidity (pH) of the dental products you are using. Do they neutralize your mouth?

Consult your dentist for further guidance.

Smoking is normally considered hazardous to general health. Whenever people talk they focus on heart problems, stroke or cancer. Few people consider the negative consequences of smoking to oral health. It is a fact that oral cavity is the first area of the body which comes in contact with hazardous smoke.

There are many hazards of smoking to oral health.

Gum Disease

Smoking and other tobacco products affect the bonding of bone and soft tissue of teeth, which causes gum diseases. It also causes weak blood flow to the gums. Smokers are easy target of periodontal disease.

Tooth Discoloration

Cigarette smoke contains nicotine and tar. These materials are deposited on the surface of teeth due to smoking, and cause discoloration of teeth and stains. Discoloration can vary from yellow to black.

Tooth Decay

Deposit caused by smoking cigarettes accelerates the production of plaque. Plaque leads to tooth decay.

Oral Cancer

Oral cancer is a common issue in smokers. Alarming statistics show that at least 90% of oral cancer patients are smokers.

Bad Breath

Smoking causes bad breath. This affects the social life, as smell from bad breath makes people uncomfortable

Dry Mouth

Smoking also causes Dry Mouth. This condition is caused due to reduced saliva in the mouth. It can lead to other problems like cavities.

Other Problems

Other dental problems caused by the smoking are:

Problems in senses of taste and smell

Hairy Tongue (Lingua Villosa), a problem of lengthening of papillae which are bumps on the surface of the tongue

Sinusitis, inflammation of the sinuses.

Most of the people think about teeth only when they think about dental health. But, taking care of your gums is also important, which most of the people don’t realize. Sore, swollen and bleeding gums are common issues which arise due to unawareness or negligence about simple dental health practices. By following simple rules you can avoid gum problems.

Brushing

Brush your teeth regularly and properly. Brushing frequency of twice a day is good. You should learn how to brush properly. Reaching every visible portion of all your teeth is important. Using Fluoride tooth paste is also good, as fluoride actively fight tooth decay.

Floss

Flossing is very important. It ensures the removal of plaque from the portions of teeth where brush is not so effective. Flossing once a day is a good habit.

Mouth Wash

Using anti bacterial mouth wash will help rinse out plaque. Mouth wash is relatively easy process to do.

Don’t Use Tobacco

Tobacco is injurious to both teeth and gums. Smoking or chewing tobacco harms your teeth and gums. Avoid all type of oral intake of tobacco. I wonder why people do this, while there are no medical benefits, but only harms are there.

Temperature of Oral Intakes

Be cautious about the temperature of things you take in your mouth. Too cold and too hot things will ruin your gums. Always prefer things with moderate temperature.

Vitamin C and Calcium

Balanced diet is a key to overall health. Vitamin C and Calcium are very good for your gums. Try to increase the intake of vegetables, fruits and food which contain Vitamin C and Calcium. Dairy products, like milk, yogurt, cheese etc are good source of Calcium. Orange, Broccoli, Pineapple, Guava, Grapefruit and Tomato are good sources of Vitamin C.

Teeth whitening is a hot discussion when it comes to oral health or personality of a person. Today there are several methods, treatments, tips and action plans are available to get rid of yellow and stained teeth and get sparkling white teeth.

Teeth are very important, as they are used in eating. Good teeth make your smile better. Good teeth enhance your confidence. Parents should take care of teeth of their babies. Good eating and caring habits right from the early age ensure healthy teeth and avoid certain dental problems.

Here I will tell some good habits for dental care of children:

Right from birth

Children must be trained to take care of their teeth from early age. Remember! Parents should take care while babies are not able to do this. Another factor less people know is that a new born baby has 20 primary teeth. These teeth are not visible as they are inside jaw. Mother should wash the gums after feeding.

Milk Teeth

Initial Teeth are called Milk Teeth or Deciduous teeth. Appearing of Milk Teeth or Teething starts normally at the age of 6 months. Children usually have full set of Milk Teeth before the age of three years. Once your baby has teeth visible he should be trained for brushing. In the beginning you will do it yourself and ask him to learn how to do it.

Adult Teeth

At the age of six, adult teeth start growing in the jaw. These teeth push the roots of milk teeth to make them week. Once root is weak, the milk tooth drops. Adult tooth takes the place of milk tooth. The process of dropping milk teeth and getting adult teeth completes by the age of 13. Adult teeth are more precious that Milk teeth, as a lost adult teeth never grow again. So, extra care is needed for adult teeth.

Children Dental Problems

Infants may face Tooth Decay due to unhealthy habits. Giving bottle to the babies so that they sleep with ease is not a good habit. Baby sleeps and bottle remains in his mouth. The milk or juice inside bottle remains in mouth, which can cause cavities and Bottle Mouth.

Tooth Decay is the destruction of tooth due to damage to tooth enamel. Regular brushing can keep teeth clean and safe them from decay.

Other common problems may by swollen gums, acid erosion, mouth ulcer and knocked out teeth. For any emergency dental problem you should visit the children dentist. Our emergency services are available 24 hours.

You may call Dr. Haddon Suttner for any type of children dental problems on 02 9365 6197.
